Training
Here at CLASS SOLUTIONS we are committed and invested in providing training to our staff.
We offer online training courses free of charge to all staff as follows:
- Safeguarding Children Level 1 in Education
- Prevent Duty
- Recognising and Preventing FGM
The above is a minimum requirement for all our candidates prior to placement ensuring you’re fully prepared and prepped to take on assignments within a school environment working with children and young people.
Additional online training courses are available via our payroll provider showing commitment and investment in providing training to our staff which include a number of modules to help develop and refresh our staff’s knowledge. Some of the modules available are:
- Safeguarding
- Childcare & Education
- Soft Skills
- Handling Information
- Health & Safety
We also offer bespoke online Cover Supervisor Training that has been devised by a fully qualified teacher for anyone looking to work in this role. This training covers behaviour management techniques, classroom control, engagement techniques amongst other areas and enables candidates to become equipped about working within secondary schools.
