Science Teacher

Job description:
We require a Science Teacher, based in a good school in the Sandwell area.
Duties will include:
To plan, prepare, deliver and review lessons and other activities to ensure the effective progress of assigned students in the agreed specifications
To develop resources, materials and schemes of work which meet the needs of individual students
To set regular and relevant homework, learning and assessment which enable students to take responsibility for their own learning as well as promoting high standard of behaviour, test and assignments to support and consolidate learning
Qualifications Required:
The successful candidate will possess a Teaching qualification (ECT's are welcome to apply)
Experience of planning, delivering, assessing and evaluating teaching and learning
The ability to demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject area and the ability to provide timely, accurate and effective feedback on learners' attainment
Start/closing dates: November 2024 for 12 months, to cover maternity leave.
Interview dates: as soon as possible
Type of employment: Full time.
